ID verification app not working
I have had 3 orders cxld this week because the app used for ID verification keeps saying “it’s run into a snag” and I can’t complete the process. I’ve taken the scans in different rooms, different internet browsers. It’s ridiculous.

Since you are having issues with the verification you may need to go into a store to do a manual verification. Are you able to visit a local store and when? I ask so that I can follow up to confirm you were able to get the assistance requested.
