I'd like to order online but pickup locally

Hi, I'm in the 93923 zip code trying to take advantage of the $50/month for 5 years offer but would like to pickup the unit from the local store less than 20 minutes away.  How can I create an order with this option?  Can someone help?  Thank you!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
