I'd like to cancel the unlimited bandwidth plan
it is very frustrating that i cannot do this online, and keep getting directed to the xfinity chat, which will not provide a phone number or the option to cancel the plan.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name and the full service address to get started?
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
