I WOULD LOVE TO TALK TO A HUMAN

There’s an outage since 5:30am it’s not 12:40 & I got no updates. There’s app won’t allow me to pay my bill or do anything. When I call I’m told they can’t help until the outage is clear which god knows how long that will take. The app, the chat, the calls…nothings working

Thanks for reaching out to us, this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/status is another great resource to check on the service interruptions in your area. The times that get listed our estimated times and can change. If the app or website is not listing a specific date & time, it will generally list “services will be back up as soon as possible”. We do apologize for any inconvenience,  our techs work as fast as possible to get the services back up and running.

Does the app or website say your services are still out in the area or does it show that your services are online?

You and me both. After 25 years I'm ready to leave Comcast for good. Multiple channels are dropping out daily and then will come back on at random times during the night. I have been searching for days to find a contact phone number. For the $268 I pay monthly I am not even close to getting my money's worth. Good-bye Comcast!

Hi there! I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you've been experiencing with your service. I can understand how frustrating it must be, especially after being a loyal customer for 25 years. Let's see how we can make things right for you. 😊

First, thank you for your long-term loyalty to Comcast. We truly value your business and want to ensure you get the best possible service.

Let's review your current package and see if we can find a more suitable plan that meets your needs and budget. Will you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
