I would like to speak to a real Xfinity costumer service agent.

I have questions about the increase in charges on my statement. I don't get a response from the chat assistanct when I ask my on question.

Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to contact us about your statement. I do apologize for the troubles in receiving assistance about your questions. We usually send you a notification on one statement before any changes coming up like expired promotions, change in equipment pricing or taxes and fees. 

 

If you are still in doubt we can go over your statement together and answer any questions you are having. May I please ask that you send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started? 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
