i would like my refund issued as a check
i don't want a card. i don't want to go 100 rounds with a chatbot and i don't know how to talk to a human at xfinity to get a physical check sent to me. thanks

Hello user_xn7fyy thanks so much for taking the time to reach out here on our Xfinity Forums! We are always open to customer feedback, and our recent changes to issuing refunds reflect this. Checks are only issued as a last resort, as they can take the longest to reach a customer via the U.S. Postal Service. We first refund electronically back to the last payment method used, then issue a gift card if this method fails.
