Hello, @user_blltj1 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand looking to get a transcript of the chat you had done this morning, and found a helpful post that has the steps to download the chat transcript, while having the chat open > Do a select all > right click > print it to a PDF

I have other customers I've worked with state asking the Xfinity Assistant for a chat transcript has been successful, please let me know if either of those options were helpful.

@XfinityJustinC​ Thank you but that gave me a very short chat from earlier in the morning. I then had a long chat where I updated my plan. That is the one I am looking for is from appx 8:00 EST.
