I would like a transcript of a chat I had with a live agent
Hello! I had a live chat with an agent yesterday (04/17) and selected the option to have the transcript emailed to me after the chat terminated. I have not received the email (it's not in my spam folder).
I also tried the option to print/PDF the transcript, but it would only serve me the first page of the chat.
I had no issues with the agent or quality of support, but would like a copy of the transcript for my records.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
