I wish to speak with an agent

Hi, the xfinity assistant is driving me nuts. I need some help with my bill and it fails to help me with that. I continues to tell me 

"I'm having trouble following our conversation. Please type a message and follow the prompts presented."

Is there a way for me to talk with an agent like I used to do? 

Please help :(

No worries @user_78w05l I understand the importance of understanding your bill, I will be more than happy to assist you. I ask that you send me a direct message with the address and name on your account. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
