I was told I cancelled my account when I did not ask for this, cannot send direct message to someone about this

I've received a couple emails in the past day about how how I cancelled my account but I never requested for this to happen. I've tried calling and using the chatbot but neither of these work. I looked on this forum to try and figure out how to talk to a representative, but I'm unable to send a DM to settle this issue. There isn't even an option to bring up DM's or write one.
