I was told by agent if internet messes up again call back but he said he would check my account today
Internet issues have a payment arrangement set for the 14th the day after I get paid incase the direct deposit comes late but I put an arrangement in and got service discontinued now I’m trying to get a show on for my kids you can re read my chat the other day I tried to call

I understand you are having a hard time due to the loss of a family member, I recently lost a relative too. I am truly sorry for your loss. It looks like the account had a previous arrangement made for the Dec. 8th that was not met. That is what caused the interruption of services.
Here are some things to keep in mind:
You may be eligible to choose your payment arrangement date and add a payment method later.
You won’t be able to make video On Demand and pay per view (PPV) purchases until your payment processes.
If you cancel your payment arrangement, or if your payment can’t be processed, your service will be suspended.
Once an arrangement is broken the past due balance must be paid before restoring services. That is what you agreed to when setting up payment arrangements.

I have messages through support center where guy msged me at 10am I was sleep to see if internet was good I wrote and he never wrote back now I’m here don’t make a promise if you can’t keep it
