I was supposed to have a battery back up with my installation with my pro Wifi extender

I spoke to a sales rep that told me I would be getting a battery back up with my installation today. My Wi-Fi extender did not come with the battery back up when I agree to this in the beginning there was supposed to be a four hour battery backup to my Pro Wifi extender. Please reach out to me and make this right as soon as possible
