I was ready to cancel my service, until Dinorah..

I am not in the habit of being talked into sales pitches or accepting marketing offers from call reps. I called today after having called twice this month already. I was looking for value that I hadn't been receiving with my current xfinity plan. I'd already discussed and scheduled a new service installation with the new competitor in the home internet space, Brightspeed. Simply put, they have faster speeds at lower rates.

My scheduled callback was facilitated by Dinorah. Her Jersey accent immediately had me ready for conflict as it comes off a bit assertive. However, she was absolutely lovely throughout the call. So much so, that I accepted a new promotion and am now canceling my installation with Brightspeed. Dinorah is a valuable member of your team. If I had spoken with her sooner, I might have had a better relationship with your company.
Thank you Dinorah! If I was at all prickly during the call, I apologize. I'd love to send you a Xmas card if it's possible.
XFINITY: It's important to highlight your good people.  Dinorah deserves some acknowledgement for having mended a broken customer relationship. Please see that she is rewarded for her expert communication and problem solving, not to mention her kindness.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.

Wow, congrats!  Who do you need to know to talk to a native speaker?  Certainly not my experience.  Please give her my phone number.
