user_6yizpf Thank you so much for your post for help with your call being disconnected. We do try to call back if possible if your call is disconnected. Using our Chat option if you reach back out the next agent should still be able to see the offer you were going over. We do have different offers at different levels of support and would hate for you to miss out. Have you tried to reach back out using the method you were speaking to the agent on?
