I was having issue when try to swap our mobile numbers to new account, it was not resolved after many times working with 24/7
My issue is finally resolved. I would like to give Xfinity my feedback. For 24/7 supports did not work at all in helping my issue but it caused more problematics. I admit the agents were willing to spent hours to help me but the results were Zero. If my chat with the agents got disconnected, another agent stepped in and came up with another solutions. They told me they would escalated my issue to Tier 2 or 3 but nothing was changed after that. Few agents even suggested me to go to Xfinity corporate store, but then the guy at front desk told me to contact Xfinity mobile help line again. Xfinity should take a closed look of their training to their employees properly and effective. Xfinity 24/7 support is such a waste of money and time for both their customers and the company. If I did not try to reach out to Xfinity in Reddit, I don't know when my issue would be resolved and my family numbers would be lost after 30 days not in active.
I really appreciate the agents in X Community Specialist, they help to escalate my issue to executive team, and Latisha B. reached out to help me. She spent a lot of time to help and it was very effective. Thanks for spend your time to read my review which I had rarely done this before.
