I was guaranteed the same deal after my promo period is up

I was approached by one of the Xfinity customer service reps at a local Walmart and after going through the whole spiel, I accepted and signed up for a two-year contract. And he told me, and I quote, "when you're 2-year promo period is about to be up just give me a call and say 'hey it's Jen I would like to get that same deal you offered me 2 years ago' and I'll set it up for you". I still have the original paperwork that I signed that has his name and phone number on it. We communicated a few times over text and calls during the first year and a half, but when I tried calling him today A man answered and I asked is this Zach and the man said "no wrong number."

So how do I go about getting the same deal that I was guaranteed by your customer service rep? That's the only reason that I switched from Dish to Xfinity is because he told me he could guarantee me that rate when my promo period is up.
