I was charged for 3 months after my service being transferred

In January I went to your local store and transferred the service of my address to another person. Today I found that I was charged in February, March and April, while he was also being charged. This should not happen and I want to get refunded.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
