I was billed in error, how do I get the charge removed?

I was billed for something called 'Claudia Oshry' dated Nov. 29,2020 at 9pm for $4.99 on my most recent bill.  I don't even know what this thing is:  a movie or what?  I certainly did not order it and want it removed.  Problem is I cannot find a way to get this message to Comcast.  I have tried the phone (got hung up on every time), the personal assistant chat, and the agent live chat (which I was told that they had a shortage of agents and could not chat with me!), and I even tried to send a message thru their feedback process (which I never heard back from.  Please somebody, how do I rectify this??  I know there is a pandemic right now, but Comcast has a responsibility to the customers they take money from, don't they?  They should at least provide an email option or something. This forum is my last resort.  If I can't get in touch I simply will deduct the amount from my bill when I pay it.  Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks

Hi @polishandproud, and thanks for using the Xfinity Forum to bring this to our attention. We apologize for the fact that you have not yet been able to speak directly with an agent who could help with investigating the charge and removing the fee if it is invalid. My team would be happy to help if this hasn't been resolved already. Please send a private message including your first and last name and the numbers associated with your service address. To send me a private message, click on "ComcastChe," and then click send a message.
