I want to verify my installation appointment

I signed up for Xfinity over a month ago.  The installation appointment was scheduled.  No one showed up for appt.  I called to find out that they had no record of my account.  However, I had an order number.   They could not explain why my information could not be located.  So, I've decided to try one more time to get Xfinity.   I have an appointment scheduled for the end of this week.  I want to verify that someone will be coming to install service.  Once again I have an order number and account set up.
