I want to send a peer to peer message

I want to send a peer to peer message, but even after I signed in I don't see a peer-to-peer icon.  Where would I find such an icon?

To send a private message, please click the chat icon next to the bell in the upper right corner. Click the “notepad and pen” button. Send the full message to our shared support handle “Xfinity Support”. We look forward to hearing from you!

Hmm! So sorry to hear that you are having troubles trying to send us a peer to peer message. Here are further instructions to send that message.

-Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

Not to worry, we're here to help, @user_e50f2c. If you're signed in, you'll see a little message icon in the top-right of the screen. Otherwise, there is a link in XfinityMarcella's last reply you can use! Please let us know if you're still having any trouble after these steps.

The sending of a direct private message without first being requested to do so is against the Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.  In the future, please do not send a DM to anyone unless they first request you do so.
