I want to report a noise problem with xfinity modem

I have had two new xfinity modem models within less than a year. Both models have been making annoying buzzing noises. Last night I unplugged the modem. The old model didn't make any noise. My new modem is placed on the hard floor, there is no any obstruction for air flow,  no dust on the modem. I couldn't find the model number on it. This is just poor design. Xfinity should replace this model with a better one.
