I want to make sure this is legit and my services won't be suspended
I spoke with an agent today and they stated they extened my payment agrred date but i check my account and its still stating that it will be suspended on the 20th, Is there anyone here who can confirm this information?

This is absolutelly insane, I have been lied too by 5 of your agents and there has been 0 things done about this. Two of your agents on saturday confirmed I had a payment extension until 2nd, Turns out the chat agent i spoke with on sunday avinish states it was a glitch in a system after sending me everywhere in the company and having to speak with multiple representatives who didn't know what was going on. THen he offered me a plan to pay 50 dollars to offset it and start some type of installment plan in which i'm glad i didn't do because the biulling team he had called me had no idea what he was talking about. Then he states he sets up a payment plan for me on 2nd and givces me a confirmation email only to find out today that i still have service disconnct scheduled for tomorrow, I coul dhav epaid this on saturday when I was chatting about it instead I"ve been thrown every which way. Then i talk to another representative today who states that he saw what happened and applied the extension and I would get in an hour, that didn't happen of course and now this new chat representative acts like she can't see the chat that just happened a couple of hours ago. This has been an absolutely miserable experience and it is insane that there has been nothing done about this. Lying to the customer is apparently part of the job and I wil be taking my services elsewhere immidately unless someone gets in contact with me.
