I want to lodge a complaint online

My complaints I was not informed that my internet was going to be interrupted I paid $70 on February 8th and then my services was interrupted on February 23rd for the amount of $31 no this is not acceptable I was never noticed I never received a notice I was never informed nothing on my bill or online anywhere states that my services was going to be interrupted because I owe $31 again I repeat I paid $70 on February 8th and today is February 23rd and I get home and my services were interrupted all because I owe $31 even though it says 101 which is incorrect it is not right I've already talked to customer service that $101 was supposed to be waivered I'm not going to go through this again with anyone at Comcast because of the fact that what I'm saying is correct you guys are at fault you're wrong I don't know how many times Comcast needs to be sued and of course they have been sued on multiple accounts and the customers one Comcast Xfinity the nonsense the greed [Edited: "Language"] people money over [Edited: "Language"] people over for money is greedy knock the [Edited: "Language"] off you guys are going to lose this business because customers are going to start going somewhere else the only reason why some of us don't go somewhere else so that we can have internet so that we can have Wi-Fi because unfortunately there's no other companies that Supply what we need or we would go somewhere else trust me I'm not the only one that feels this way next time I am to get a 24 to 48 hour notice ahead of time that my services are going to be interrupted again unacceptable how dare you guys do this over $31 really despicable second I'm a human I'm not an AI I'm not a robot I don't want to talk to AI I don't want to do chat with an AI bought I want to talk to you Human start hiring humans to answer phone calls this a i and robot [Edited: "Language"] needs to stop it's annoying and it takes way too long I'm sorry but I was on the phone for like 25 almost 30 minutes just to get through to a live agent and then see connected me over to some other place but I got my complaint in and I'm doing my complaints here again my complaint is one I'm human I want to talk to you human agent at all times no more Ai No More robots nothing other than a human and two I am to get a notice and don't come back to me and say that we gave you notice because no I was not informed and again over $31 no my bill is not 101 that was already taken care of don't say it wasn't because yes it was again I want a 48-hour notice before my services are ever interrupted again everything that happened today on February 23rd is unacceptable you guys can do better you can stop being selfish you can stop being greedy cuz this is a multi-million IT company all over the United States and you guys act like you need more money more money more money more money and the customers that come in that try to talk to agents face to face the agents treat customers like we're trash how dare you guys start treating customers better do and stop breaking your own policies just to earn extra money this is sickening and acceptable and again this company is going to fold if you don't stop ripping people off
