I want to downgrade my internet plan

I can see how to upgrade my plan, but not how to downgrade it. Please inform me how to downgrade my plan.

I currently have a base plan as part of my apartment complex. I believe it is part of a bulk plan. But, I'm currently paying extra money to get 600mbs down. I just want to revert back to the base plan (not cancel my service entirely) because I'm not in need of 600mbs. Please inform me how to revert back to the base plan.
