I want to downgrade internet and remove all TV, the website will not allow me.

Is this not possible to do? Xfinity has the 10G $25/month promotion that I would like to move over to. I would also like to end my cable tv entirely.

To send a Direct Message:

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

Sorry to see you are having troubles, user_957553. Can you please try a new browser and clearing your cache and cookies?
