I want to change my refund to another card that I used

I’m issued a refund by Xfinity for over paying and the refund is going to a card of a friend instead of mine so I just wanted to change it to mine instead so it’s easier and don’t have to pay a transfer fee

user_58yycg Good afternoon! You would just update the card in the Xfinity app or website, that would trigger the refund to be directed over to that new payment source.

If the account is already disconnected you're not going to be able to change the payment method.

The refund would go to the last payment method used on file within 30 days of disconnection.

If that payment method is no longer valid or we can't send the refund to that payment method, you would get a notification on how to claim the refund.
