I want to change my plan

I want to change my plan. I log in, then put in the options I want, but then the system won't let me get to the final step. Please help.

Hello, everyone. I see you are both attempting to make changes online, but you are running into some trouble. I'm sorry to hear that. Can I have more details about the issues you are seeing? Do you get any error messages or error codes when you attempt to make changes? Lastly, can you confirm if you are the primary user or manager of the account? 

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
