user_zyz9au, hello there! Thanks for reaching out. Prepaid services are not able to be converted into postpaid services. You will have to cancel your current prepaid services and apply for Internet Essentials. Do you have any questions or concerns?

In addition to what Que posted, you also will have to have no internet service for 90 days before you can sign up for Internet Essentials. Plus, you'll need to meet their requirements for service.
