I want to cancel service TODAY!

I am trying to cancel and don't live near a store. The chat and web pages say I have to schedule a call. The schedule page gives me options 4 and 5 days from now!

I have unplugged and have a new provider. I want my refund for this month from today. I am out of contract. $144 a month for spotty service that shuts off on me while I work at night is no longer acceptable. 

Can someone assist me today? Or even Monday during normal business hours is reasonable. But that delay is unreasonable.

@user_egz2ke Thanks for posting to the community. We can help stop service. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
