I want to cancel my TV service

It’s been frustrating I’ve been trying for days to figure out how to cancel my TV service and I can’t figure it out no matter where I go the computer takes me somewhere else

did you get any resolution? i am sooooooo frustrated!! i just don't watch tv! i don't want to add more channels or up my internet speed...i just don't want to pay for a tv plan that i do NOT use!!!!
