I want to cancel my service.
I recently got a new internet service and would like to terminate my Xfinity service. However, the only way I am allowed to cancel my service is if I schedule a callback through the AI chatbot. There is only one date available for me to schedule and that is Sunday, October 5th. My service auto-pays and renews on October 2nd. I cannot find a number to call or an email to contact to terminate my service before then. How is anyone supposed to get any help with anything ?

Thank you for reaching out to us here. Though we hate to lose you as a customer we can take care of that request from here. The only phone option is through the 800-Xfinity number. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
