You can't never talk to a person to get something done for my internet so I would like to cancel all my xfinity internet.And what do I do to send back the modems

1. Open the Xfinity app and go to Account > Support.
2. Select Chat with an Agent or Schedule a Call.
3. Request cancellation and ask to be transferred to the Retention Department (they handle cancellations and may offer deals).
