I want to be able to directly contact human customer support and bypass the AI chatbot which is categorically unable to solve any problem.

I am only making this public post because it seems like that is required in order to DM support, and that is the only way I can find to directly communicate with a human.

I tried many, many times to get the AI chatbot to connect me with a human and it would not do it. I do not want to talk to a chatbot, make a forum post, or anything other than submit a support ticket into a support system like a regular customer would with any regular company. Provide me with the means to do that, and do not waste time with preamble or apologies, or instructions for anything else.
