I want to add service at a 2nd address

I've read other people asking about setting up service at a second address.  The answer always seems to be that I need to start a direct peer-to-peer chat.  Then I couldn't find out how to do that.  Then I found out that I need to post a message to the forum for the peer-to-peer icon to appear.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Direct messaging isn't allowed until an official employee asks you to do so; it's against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy to send anyone an unrequested DM/PM.  Also note, if you do send one without being asked to do so, it could possibly be ignored.
 
Please post your issue in public in the proper forum so that it can be addressed either by other customers or by an Official Employee.
