I want the offer that new customers get of $50/month for 5 years.
I don't understand why the company would give new customers 5 year cheap plans and not offer anything close to existing customers.
That is cheaper than my initial intro price which expired after 1 year! I guess my only option is to go with a worse AT&T plan for 90 days and come back?
Seems like even worse customer service than I'm used to from these guys.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
