I want my originally contracted DVR service
Moving my Xfinity service to my new address have been a nightmare, but when I thought the worst was behind me, I have noticed that during installation by your techs my DVR unit was replaced by 2 much smaller recording boxes that have limited my hours of recordings to 20 not to mention the fact that can only record 2 shows during a set time frame.
But my bill remained the same as if I had the good DVR that I had for years. The same thing happened earlier when my Latino package was omitted and later charged me $10.00 per month because my original package was obsolete and no longer available.
HOW you propose to change things back to my original contract with Comcast including my DVR
