I want higher management to contact me

I have had issues with Xfinity/Comcast since becoming a member in Sept. 2022. I have had issues with literally everything and still having issues with one area. I think it's [Edited: "Language"] that agents refuse to give me a direct contact person to speak to. So I end up playing phone tag and messaging tag and the issues goes on and on. I want my issue resolved ASAP and not have to pay for the next 3 months due to the time and energy I've spent on all issues related to Xfinity/Comcast.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
