I want corporate mailing address
to whom it may concern,
In the last year and a half I have had so many problems with Xfinity service and customer service within Xfinity support. Due to Covid and financial crisis that it caused with me and my fiancé we were trying to get caught up on our bell now you’re later my fancy, and I got into a car accident that led her to be legally blind, and she went death in one of her ears. Now she does work from home and relies on the Internet and Xfinity services provided and yes we’ve had to play the catch up on Bill’s game due to her FMLA and accommodations and she has missed work so when we go to Xfinity support, we expect 100% that when an agent tell us our services are not gonna be disconnected they’re not gonna be disconnected now three months ago an agent for the same situation we made our payment so was catching up, but said they made a payment arrangement on their. Hey I got this new offer that’s happened multiple times say hey I’m gonna send out a phone and this is gonna make your bill lower. The bill has gone up and I wonder why it’s so high and we’re still not caught up on it we’re in a struggle right now because even in the current status, my fiancé is still death and blind, she does try to work however with accommodations and issues with her problems she does miss work so when they disconnect the services after promising if they will stay connected, I have to take 30 to 45 minutes out of time at my job to get the services on for her we have two disabled children that rely on assistive devices that require Internet. It just seems like something‘s funny because each time that they do this, oh hey we’re not gonna disconnect the service go ahead and disconnect the service and then they offer up pay. This is gonna lower it and I’m gonna give you a credit that’s never happened I am taking this to the highest because when I’m thinking I’m being <Edited: Language> on my Xfinity bill at this point because three months ago promised a phone never arrived. Bill has gotten higher and we’re still trying to get caught up. I want Xfinity‘s corporate mailing address. I am going to send over all these transcripts of these promises. I’m gonna approve a point that this is not how Xfinity works xfinity. We love the services. We do not like the customer service services and broken promises. Please provide the corporate mailing address for Xfinity
