I want a USA based LIVE CALL with an AGENT!!!

I dont want your AI suggestions, dont want your outrageous automated menu, and do not want your Xfinity Assistant. With the millions your making off customers, I want a live salary paid human being from the USA to speak to regarding an issue/questions. NO ONE has the time to jump through these hoops/run arounds to try and unlock the magic trick to speak with someone.  I cant wait for legislation to be passed to put an end to companies treating their customers like this.
