I want a refund
I have been with Xfinity for so many years. I don’t even remember when it started but for over a year now I’ve been complaining that my Internet service and cable TV has been really bad. It took them over a year to send me pods and a new router now my service works perfect And they said I was supposed to receive several credits and someone was supposed to call me. I have not heard a word since I have called several times and I keep getting the runaround. I’m tired of this. I am canceling all of my services and I’m going to post everything I can on social media to warn people about what to expect from Xfinity I expect a major credit for what I’ve been through

Hello @user_n8uyb7 thank you for reaching out with your concerns regarding credits that were promised but not received. I know if it was me I'd be wondering why I never received something promised to me. We are glad to hear your connection issue were finally resolved.
If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
