I think my cable may have been cut by landscaper
My TV/Internet/Phone went down yesterday. I think it is possible that my landscaper doing some routine work may have cut it, but I am not sure. I called Xfinity today and they said they can get someone out Wednesday-in three days. It is incredibly difficult without any of these services, and I wonder if I need to request a certain type of technician as this is likely not an indoor issue (e.g. router, loose connectors).
Fear is that they may come out Wednesday and then need to send someone out a week later to do more work. How can I get the right person out to our home ASAP?

Hello @user_c9c264, and thank you for reaching out to us here about your outside line being cut. Our repair techs for inside would replace the one outside with a new line. They would need another team to bury the new line if needed, but they will get your service working again. I would like to make sure your visit tech is aware ahead of time by notating the work order if that hasn't been done already.

OK, I sent my full name and service address via a private message. Thanks for helping make sure we can get up and running quickly. Is there anyway to get an earlier appointment? Or to grab a cancelled appointment? Waitlist? Anything?
