I switched Xfinity plans. both have Peacock. I activated Peacock long ago Do I need to re-activate again under my new plan?

I've tried for 5 days now to get an answer. Neither the Xfinity or Peacock chat bots are of any help. Yesterday I spoke with 5 different people from Xfinity. None was able to provide an answer.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey there user_b91q3f, and thanks for taking the time to bring your question to our community 🙌 I'm sorry it's taken you awhile to get the answer you're looking for, but you're for sure in the right place! When it comes to your Peacock Premium subscription, the good news is that if you were already using that benefit from your previous plan, then no additional action is needed, and you can continue using your subscription as is!

Your subscription will continue to reflect as a no-cost service on your monthly statements with an updated expiration date you can review any time by logging into your account via the Xfinity website or official app 👍

Terrific! This is the answer I was hoping for.

I'm curious about the "expiration date" comment.
I'm also a Platinum Member. (I've been using Xfinity/Comcast for over 20 years). I thought for Platinum Members there was no expiration...
