I spent 8 hours talking to various Comcast representatives. The issue remains unresolved.

I'm a "platinum" client. 
2.5 months ago I bought a 2GIG annual subscription for $70 on the website, officially. I'm receiving huge bills. I spent 6.5 hours talking to people, each of whom promised to fix everything, but not a single one did anything! This is outrageous! I had to go to the Comcast office and spend another hour there. A ticket was filed for my case [Edited: Personal Information]. The issue was supposed to be resolved by October 20th, but no! Today is November 10th, and I'm stuck with a bill from Comcast that's twice what I should be paying. Resolve this immediately. I'm ready to sue you for emotional distress, personal injury, and negligence. Thank you for understanding.
