I signed up for the higher tier internet with a 200 dollar Amazon gift card promised and didn’t receive it

I just switched my home internet for xfinity because they sent me a card saying I would get a 200 dollar Amazon gift card and I didn’t receive! This is unacceptable I need my promised gift card!

The same thing has happened to me i checked the status and it says no record found and i have had my service for 2 weeks now and nothing showed up. This is really messed up. There needs to be more clarification and cant be lying to us like this. I was on the phone with customer care and they tried so hard to convince me it was my fault i didn't get the card and that i was not gonna get it please be more clear and dont lie to your customers like this. I am very upset i dont even care about the gift card at this point im more upset that i was lied to and made feel like i was tricked and used.

Yes same here i was on the phone with them just now and they were making a million excuses on why they couldn’t give it to me. We need to report this false advertisement or something.

I have the same issue.  i have been told to receive it to my email in 2 to 3 hours but days passed and still nothing. Note: its been more than a month since i signed up.

@user_ozsa9j That would be quite frustrating having confusion surrounding that much money in a Visa Gift Card! To locate and track the status of your Visa Gift Card with your most recent promotion we would have you use our incentive tracker. You will need either your personal information tied to the account or the account number to access the details. If there is any issue with getting that gift card redeemed or another one issued, it will provide a direct number to the team that provides support for those gift cards.
