i should be eligible for xfinity rewards but it says i am not

I am in the military and my account relfects that i am. i should be eligible for xfinity rewards but for some reason it says that i am not

Hello @user_rd12mc, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. I can understand how frustrating this may be, not having access to our wonderful Xfinity Rewards program. We can take a look and see what the issue may be.  Are you logged into the account with the primary Xfinity ID? Do you have at least one of the following Xfinity Services: Xfinity TV, Xfinity Voice, Xfinity Internet, including Internet Essentials, Xfinity Home? Yes. I am logging in with the primary (and only) xfinity ID and I have xfinity internet.
