I redeemed Universal tickets but doesn’t show anywhere
When I redeemed the free Universal Tickets I got an email so I went to the email thinking the code was there and instructions were there as well. The email said to go back to my redeemed benefits for my code and instructions on how to redeem it but when I went back there was no redemption code or anything similar.

Also, I saw a similar forum and there it said to sign out and log back in and I tried that but still nothing. The only confirmation I have is the email saying I unlocked my Universal tickets.
