I recieved email for cancellation last night

I called customer support to stop them from cancelling my service. I assume the issue is my new neighbors moved in yesterday. The agent over the phone hooked me up with a new promotional price for my internet. 

But after the phone call. I recieved an email from xfinity with the updates to my price/plan. But it also said xfinity internet cancelled. And xfinity xfi cancelled.

Is it possible for anyone here from xfinity give my account a once over to make sure my account doesnt shut off in 2 weeks?

Welcome to our community forum, @user_0ca52f! I know I'd be concerned if I received confirmation Emails for changes I didn't request so let's figure out what's going on. When you change your promotion, you will see the previous promotions listed as "cancelled" and the new deal added. I can definitely check the account to make sure everything was completed properly.
