I recieved a cancellation request email but never cancelled my service.

I recieved a cancellation email for a request I never submitted. I called the number and got robots that didn't help me. My wifi shut off today. I don't know what to do and cannot find anyone to help me.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_j4a3q9 . Sorry to hear about your service shut off. We can certainly check into the account for you to see what is happening. This is commonly related to another account being set up at the address. Sometimes people give us the wrong address. We should be able to restore you if that is the case. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
