I received an email about a cancellation request, but I never made the request - New Tenant won't move in for at least another week

Hello, tonight I received a cancellation request for my 300Mbps Internet Plan but I did not send the request. There is a new tenant coming to the address but I am still in need of the internet until the new tenant takes over and they won't be here at least till 3/8/25. I plan on giving them my modem. Can you please remove the cancellation request from my account or at least extend the last day of service to 3/8/25?
