I received 2 cancellation emails but I never sent in a request to cancel

Received two cancellation emails for my internet/cable service when I did not request to cancel. How do i fix this?

Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you further?
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

This is terrible service. I never requested for my service to be canceled. The support person asked me to DM her, which I did. She confirmed that she remove the cancelation but offered no reason as to why it was getting canceled in the first place and then this morning 24 hrs later I get another 2 emails saying my service will be disconnected soon. Worst experience as a customer.
